RAPEX  -  Rapid Alert System for dangerous non-food products

The Rapid Alert System enables a quick exchange of information between 31 European countries and the European Commission about dangerous non-food products posing a risk to health and safety of consumers.

The following list is a sample of travel adaptor products classified as presenting a serious risk on the RAPEX system, it is not complete, and there may be more points of non-compliance for each product than are listed.  This list shows the originating country, the RAPEX reference, and the main points of non-compliance with the required standards.
